One of the smallest nations of the world brings us this delightful pudding. Serve with a spoonful of whipped cream and a thing slice of orange as a garnish.

1 ½ lbs. (700g) fresh chestnuts
2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
1/3 cup (110g) light honey
2 tbsp. Orange zest
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier

Slice the chestnuts in half and boil. Drain and peel while hot. Place chestnuts in a heavy saucepan and add enough fresh water to cover. Simmer on a low heat for about 15 minutes or until the chestnuts are very soft. Add the cocoa and honey and mash it all together. Continue simmering. Add the orange zest and Grand Marnier. Stir often and simmer until thick.
